William L Willis, Jr.
William graduated from Dennison University and received his law degree from Capital University in 1987. Bill is in the Columbus Apartment Association hall of fame due to the countless hours spent educating the multi-family community throughout Ohio in fair housing, landlord and tenant, and management issues. Bill was a construction litigator in a prior life, and he currently provides invaluable insight into all facets of the firm’s litigation matters.

Dimitri Hatzifotinos, Esq.
Dimitri graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University Law School where he received the Order of the Curia, Dean’s Public Service Award and the CALI Award. He has a great deal of experience in the management of real estate and extensive knowledge in real estate maintenance and legal affairs. Dimitri currently serves on the Grandview Board of Zoning Appeals and the legislative committee of the Ohio and Columbus Apartment Association. Dimitri was named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2011 through 2018, and an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2021

Solomon J Parini, Esq.
Solomon graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School where he received eight CALI Awards. Solomon is in court most days handling hearings and trials for clients. Solomon also is a speaker/lecturer/teacher for dozens of organizations and clients throughout the State and Country. Solomon was named Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star 2023 and 2024.

R. Brian Newcomb, Esq.
Brian Newcomb’s primary area of practice is real estate law, with an emphasis on real estate acquisition, finance, and development. He has significant experience in commercial real estate finance, and has represented borrowers in both large and small transactions.
Brian also has experience in real estate tax matters, and has appeared before numerous county Boards of Revision and the Board of Tax Appeals of the State of Ohio.
Brian has been in private practice in Central Ohio for over 20 years, and has served both small and large clients. Prior to going into private practice, Brian served for 2 years as a law clerk to the late Thomas J. Moyer, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Brian received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 1993, and his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1998.
He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association’s Real Property Committee, and is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
